You must be admitted to the Student Orientation Program in order to submit a signature.
  • Signature is large and clearly visible
  • Signature is signed on 1 horizontal line
  • Includes full legal name, no nicknames
  • Includes first and last name
  • No drawings or shapes

Note:

After your signature has been reviewed, you will receive a reply from Campus Card Operations to your Southeastern Email acknowledging the signature as accepted or denied. You MUST have a government issued photo ID to pick up your card. Once a signature is accepted, you will not be able to submit another signature.
