Registration of Activities Form
The Registration of Activities (ROA) process is how Southeastern students, student organizations, faculty, and staff register and receive approval for events and activities.
ROA helps the university coordinate space scheduling, promote safety and security, and ensure compliance with university policies.
All events must be registered unless they meet specific exemptions (see below).
