* The 2003 Edition of NFPA 101 will be used for reviewing projects received after July 1, 2004.

* New application forms are available for download in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format.  You can get to Plan Review forms by clicking here.

* Effective January 1, 1998, plan review fees for all projects have been increased by $20.00.  All reviews are subject to this $20.00 increase including those projects that were previously exempted from review fees, such as projects owned by city and parish governments (including schools).  The only projects that are totally exempt from any review fees are projects that are owned by the State of Louisiana.  Projects involving State leases of private property are NOT exempt from the $20.00 fee increase.
