Dear Mrs. Recile:
It was a pleasure meeting with you today and
I know our re-design committee will appreciate your input
regarding our master=s
degree program. Your input will assist us in designing a program
that better serves the needs of future school leaders.
You emphasized the following areas in which
future school leaders need training: More hands-on activities;
school finance; scheduling; special education law; working with
irate parents; handling teacher problems effectively; and school
maintenance.
Additionally, I want to thank you for your
input into selective admission policies for a master=s
degree in educational leadership. I will pass along to the
committee your recommendation that applicants to the program be
recommended by their current administrator, either through a
letter or a rating form. We will also consider the recommendation
for a writing sample through which we can learn of applicants=
written communication skills and their dispositions toward
selected educational topics.

glad that Gaye Guzzardo is doing well in her practicum. Thank you
for providing the direction necessary to ensure a valuable
practicum experience.
