Document Database Entry/Update Request

Complete the form below to request a document to be included in Southeastern's Document Database or to request an update to an entry in the Document Database.

Document Database Entry Requests:
If the document is presently not available online, please send an electronic version of the document (preferably in Microsoft Word or Wordperfect format) as an attachment to documents@selu.edu after completing the form below. The document will be entered in Southeastern's Document Database and will be made available online on Southeastern's documents server (www.selu.edu/documents/).

Document Database Update Requests:
If your document has been revised since it was entered in the Document Database, please be sure to include the revision date in the Date Revised field below. If the document is located online on Southeastern's documents server (www2.southeastern.edu/documents/), be sure and send the revised document as an attachment to documents@selu.edu.
