|SOUTHEASTERN FACULTY WOODWIND QUARTET PERFORMS APRIL 5
HAMMOND – The talents
of four Southeastern Louisiana University faculty members will be in the
spotlight on April 5 when the Faculty Woodwind Quartet performs at the
university’s Pottle Music Building Auditorium.
The quartet’s free
recital is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and is part of the Department of Music
and Dramatic Arts’ spring concert series, “Encore!”
Quartet members are
Nicole J. McPherson, flute; Mary Kay Young, oboe; Andrew Seigel, clarinet;
and Joe Daigle, bassoon.
The faculty musicians
will perform quartets by Karl Goepfart, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Eugene Bozza
and Jean Francaix.
