The students are recognized for their scholastic ability, participation and leadership in academic and extracurricular activities, and citizenship and service to the university.        Southeastern students join an elite group from more than 2,300 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and several foreign countries.       The students named this year from Southeastern are:          Baton Rouge -- Megan Bello, Erin L.
