VETERANS DAY TO BE CELEBRATED AT SOUTHEASTERN NOV. 10
     HAMMOND   Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of Adult, Commuter and
Veteran Services will host the university's annual Veterans' Day ceremony and will honor
student veterans for academic achievements at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, in the Student Union
Ballroom.
     Brigadier General Charles Swannack of the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort
Polk, will be the keynote speaker.
     Students and faculty interested in joining Southeastern's American Legion Post can
register following the ceremony. An interest meeting about the Post will be held at 1 p.m., Nov.
17, in Student Union Room 228. For information, call Love at 549-2213 or Harold Todd at 549-
