AUDITIONS SCHEDULED OCT. 3 FOR SLU THEATRE'S "OLEANNA"
     HAMMOND -- The Southeastern Louisiana University Theatre will hold auditions for
David Mamet's controversial drama, "Oleanna," on October 3.
     Director Larry Gray said the auditions are scheduled for 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the dressing
rooms of Vonnie Borden Theatre in D Vickers Hall.
     The show, the second production in Southeastern Theatre's 2000-2001 season, will run
November 14-18 at Vonnie Borden Theatre. 
     Gray said those wishing to audition should prepare a 90-second monologue. He said the
cast consists of one man, a college professor, and one woman, a college student.
