NATIVE AMERICAN RECOGNITION DAY MARCH 19 AT SLU
     HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of Multicultural Affairs will
sponsor a Native American Recognition Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 19 in the Student
Union park and mall. 
     The event will honor Houma Indian customs and traditions and will include storytelling
by Grayhawk, Native American dance and drumming by the Bayou Healers, and craft displays.
     The event is free and open to southeastern students and the public. For additional
