NEW ALUMNI ASSISTANT DIRECTOR -- Martin Balisteri is the new assistant director of
the Southeastern Louisiana University Alumni Association. A Hammond native and 1990
Southeastern graduate, Balisteri has been general manager of the Pepper Tree Restaurant for
three years and also worked in sales for Nabisco. His duties will include chapter development
and other university promotions. Balisteri was chosen from among 35 applicants by a search
committee of alumni, university and community representatives.
