FOURTH SEMINAR IN HUMAN RESOURCE SERIES SET FOR JUNE 19
     HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University's Small Business Development
Center is holding the fourth seminar in a five-part Human Resource series.  The June topic is
"Compensating Your Employees."  It will be held Thursday June 19, 8:00 am-12:00 pm at the
SLU University Center. Cost to attend is $30; $25 for each additional person from the same
company. Pre-registration is required.
     "Compensating Your Employees will focus on compensating packages, benefits,
promotions and recognition systems," said Dedra Fourmaux, SBDC Training Coordinator.
     The previous seminars were Finding and Hiring the Right People, Workplace
Regulations, and Getting the Most FromYour Employees. The topic for July is Employee
Development and Training. 
     Seating is limited and on a first-come, first served basis.  Refreshments and extensive
handout materials will be available for each seminar.  For more information call the SBDC at
