JAZZ COMBOS TO PERFORM AT SOUTHEASTERN MARCH 27
     HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University combos will present an evening of
traditional and contemporary jazz combos, at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 27, at the Music
Recital Hall in the Pottle Music Building.
     Director of Jazz Studies Farrell Vernon said the Contemporary Combo will perform jazz
classics such as "Round Midnight" and "Stolen Moments," while the Trad-Jazz group will play
Dixieland favorites such as "Fidgety Feet" and "It Don't Mean a Thing."
     Members of the Contemporary Combo are Lacy Blackledge, Stringer, Miss.; Kevin
Estoque, Harvey; John Loupe, Hammond, and Vasil Cvetkov, Hammond. Trad-Jazz members
are Randy Joyal, Pueblo, Colo.; Jesse Linder and Daniel Poynot, Mandeville; Brandon Jones,
Amite; and Tony Wolfe, Jordan Lindsey, and John McCoy, Baton Rouge.
     The concert is free to the public.
