GOVERNOR CHOOSES SLU PROFESSOR FOR WILDLIFE AND FISHERIES
TRANSITION TEAM -- Robert Hastings, director of Southeastern Louisiana University's
Turtle Cove Environmental Research Station, was chosen to serve on Governor Mike Foster's
transition team for the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. Hastings was also recently
appointed to the Louisiana Environmental Education Commission by the Department of
Environmental Quality.
