FINANCIAL AID NIGHT PLANNED FEB. 18
     HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University will host "Financial Aid Night" from
6-9 p.m. Feb. 18 in the Student Union Theatre. 
     The event is open to anyone who has questions about financial aid, including the new state
TOPS (Tuition Opportunity Program for Students) scholarship program. 
     Financial administrators from Southeastern and a representative from the Louisiana Office
of Student Financial Assistance will answer questions about student loans, filling out the Free
Application for Federal Student Aid and other financial aid topics.
     To complete the 1998-99 FAFSA, students and their parents will need to bring a copy of
their 1997 tax returns.
     Refreshments will be served and door prizes awarded. For additional information, call
