Luncheon guests will be Lions quarterback Martin Hankins and Miss Southeastern Kim  Dottolo. Special entertainment will be provided by Joe and Blair Abene.      Sponsors for the FE-Lions, which debuted last year as a fun and spirit-oriented organization supporting Lion football, are Joe Skibinski State Farm Insurance, Mayson Foster, Doug Johnson State Farm Insurance, Kwik Kopy, Joe Abene All State Insurance, and First Guaranty Bank.      Tickets for the luncheon are $12 and may be obtained in advance at www.selu.edu/orgs/felions or at the Alumni Center on University Ave., 985-549-2150. Tickets will not be available at the door. The advance purchase deadline is Nov. 29.
