CITY CLUB SCHOLARSHIP – The City Club of Hammond recently presented scholarships to Southeastern Louisiana University students from Tangipahoa Parish. The recipients were Karen Lowery, a senior elementary education major from Amite; Jason Latiolais, a sophomore from Independence, who plans to pursue electrical engineering; Gina Pertuit, a junior accounting major from Ponchatoula.
