KIWANIS TREATS STUDENTS TO FANFARE'S MISSOULA
THEATRE WORKSHOP WORKSHOP – A donation by the Hammond Kiwanis Club
to Southeastern Louisiana University’s Fanfare arts festival is underwriting
two workshops for area school children conducted by the Missoula Theater
Company. Missoula, which casts local children in fanciful versions of fairy
tales, is a longtime Fanfare favorite. This year, the company will present
“The Jungle Book” at 2 p.m., Oct. 30 at the Columbia Theatre for the Performing
Arts. Pictured, from left, are Hammond Westside Primary Principal Nancy
Kropog, Westside Upper Elementary Principal Alexa Hookfin, Kiwanis Club
President Stephanie Kropog, Fanfare Education Outreach
Coordinator and Associate Director Keiron Couret, Kiwanis Youth Services Committee Chair Maxine
