Patrick Gipson. Participants also receive a workbook/reference manual.        “RAD is currently being taught at many colleges and universities and in communities throughout the United States and Canada,” Gibson said. “The growing, widespread acceptance of this system is primarily due to the ease, simplicity and effectiveness of our tactics, solid research, and unique teaching methodology.”        For more information or to register for a class, contact Gipson or Officer Julie Downie at 985-549-2222 or police@selu.edu.
