RANDY MOFFETT NAMED SOUTHEASTERN'S 13TH PRESIDENT   Applause follows
the University of Louisiana Board of Supervisor's unanimous approval on December 7 of Randy
Moffett as the 13th president of Southeastern Louisiana University. A 25-year veteran of the
Southeastern faculty and administration, Moffett served as interim president since April.
