PRESIDENT'S MEDALS FOR ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT – Southeastern Louisiana University President Randy Moffett and University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors member Elsie Burkhalter congratulate recipients of the President's Medals for Outstanding Academic Achievement at the university's December 14 commencement program. The President's Medals are presented to graduating seniors with the highest academic average in each college.
