HAMMOND -- The Small Business Development Center at Southeastern Louisiana University along with the Slidell Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a seminar entitled "Marketing on a Shoestring" on July 30 at the Chamber of Commerce on West Hall Avenue in Slidell. Nick Gagliano of The Gagliano Group will illustrate how small organizations as well as leading companies can use proven marketing tools to generate highly focused communications and deliver higher sales returns than large budget competitors. The class will begin at 10 a.m. Cost is $20, $10 for Slidell Chamber members. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required.
