The contest was one of a series of fun, spirit-building events sponsored by the Alumni Association during Homecoming week for faculty, staff and students. In addition to the framed t-shirt, Bradford’s interpretation of the Homecoming theme, “Roomie Goes Around the World,” earned her a $50 Lions Lagniappe credit. “I also get to see people wearing my design,” she said. “That’s another plus!” Presenting the award is Connie Davis, associate director of Auxiliary Services, who coordinated Homecoming contests.
