Mannino, sweetheart of the junior class, serves as membership director of Phi Mu and was named the sorority’s outstanding sophomore last year. Ballard, beau of the Lionettes, is president of Theta Chi fraternity, a member of the Wesley Foundation, and a former Southeastern cheerleader and orientation leader. The Homecoming royalty was announced at halftime of the Southeastern-Northern Colorado football game at Strawberry Stadium on Oct. 9.
