The fellowships, presented by the university’s Graduate School, are designed help recruit and retain top quality students for Southeastern’s 18 graduate programs. Graduate School Dean Michael Kurtz, second from right,  said recipients will receive $3,500 per year for up to three years. Fellowships will be awarded annually.
