CityBusiness honored 40 women from the Greater New Orleans Area for their contributions to their fields. Booth was cited for her work on the Louisiana Health Works Commission, a state body created by the Louisiana Legislature to address issues in health care and nursing, and for her guidance of Southeastern’s nursing and health sciences programs.
