Pick a number from 0.05 to 0.95 use as the proportion.
Move the Hypothesis Item slider to see what develops
from hypotheses involving the chosen number.
With the Hypothesis Item at 13, pick a test type:
left-tailed, right-tailed or two-tailed.
Then move the Type Item slider to show how the
chosen test name developed.

This applet automates a discussion of different types of
hypothesis tests for the proportion.
