Requirements and Instructions

• Brochure must be printed in high quality color.
• Brochure must be 8½ x 11, two-sided (6 panels).
• Brochure must be on white glossy cardstock or brochure paper.
• Brochure must contain a company logo, a scanned image or orginal digital photo, body text, and all pertinent contact information (name, company, address, telephone number, e-mail address, web address, etc.)
• Brochure must contain ONE (1) of the following: a map drawn in Publisher or another art program; a table or graph.
  
  You must turn in the following in a folder:
  1. The physical brochure printed in color (no disk version)
  2. Copy of scanned photo or illustration OR,
  3. A short written statement that identifies the original digital photo(s) and/or illustration(s) in the brochure.
